Subject: | [amigactive] Clearout has revealed some novel (museum) computer items |
I hope there is no great objection to this post, but we're now in the second
phase of our warehouse clearout and we've got some unusual items to get rid
of. I'm not going to post a complete list here but as a few examples:
2 x IBM RS6000 servers
3 x (old) mac's inc A4 & A3 screens
1 x IBM PC/RT risc machine
1 x Gridpad magnesium-alloy touchscreen portable with full development kit
A number of Wyse & IBM async terminals
loads of (mainly mac & DOS) software & manuals
lots of Byte, PCW etc mags from 80's to early 90's
a ks2, super denise A2000
a set of new 'softstrip' 2-d bar readers
and, less interesting
approx 1000 rolls of thermal paper 112mm wide x 20mm dia
approx 70 new netstation cases without psu's
200 new A1200 cases
400 new uk/german A1200 keyboards
etc
if anyone is interested in any of this stuff, or knows a lurking ML where
people might be, please drop me a private email
Thanks
Cheers
Alan
